TAMBREON
Character designs for a fantasy passion project
Back in 2018 me and my friend Freya Rokka were designing characters for a potential comic book series. The turnarounds you see above are my work. I also wrote and illustrated a two page comic which you can read in the "comic projects" tab.
The setting in Tambreon was medieval fantasy so we took heavy inspiration from the dark ages, the renaissance and classic fantasy work such as The Lord of The Rings.
We have:
Mayra - a rich, spoiled nobel with an attitude
Sal Theo - a naive boy who dream to become a knight
War - a passionate rebel and the main villain
Magical girls
Six magical girl friends
Relatively silly designs based on one word prompts, e.g instrument and flavour.
